PE-RT pipe is a type of plastic pipe made from Polyethylene of Raised Temperature Resistance. It is a non-crosslinked polyethylene material that has been modified to enhance its temperature resistance, making it commonly used in heating and hot water systems.
Our polyethylene of raised temperature resistance pipe offer outstanding temperature resistance (-40°C to 95°C), high impact strength, and long-term durability, making them ideal for heating, plumbing, and industrial fluid systems. With excellent chemical resistance, smooth inner walls for superior flow, and safety for drinking water, they outperform PPR and PE-X in both performance and cost. Easy to install using fusion methods, our PE-RT pipes are flexible, eco-friendly, and built to last over 50 years—perfect for residential, commercial, and solar energy applications.

Key Advantages:
1.High & Low Temperature Resistance:
-Continuous operating temperature range: -40°C to 95°C (short-term up to 110°C)
-Our PE-RT pipes have excellent thermal stability with superior heat aging resistance compared to PE-X and PPR pipes
-Maintains flexibility at -40°C
2.Exceptional Impact & Pressure Resistance:
-Passed hydrostatic pressure test at 10°C for over 16,000 hours
-Higher burst pressure than PE-Xa pipes at high temperatures
-Better burst pressure than PPR pipes at low temperatures
3.Strong Chemical Corrosion Resistance:
-Resistant to acids, alkalis, salts and organic solvents
-Chlorine-resistant, suitable for chlorinated water systems
4.Long Service Life:
-50+ years continuous service at 82°C under normal conditions
5.Smooth Interior for Superior Flow:
-Surface roughness only 1/50 of steel pipes
-25% higher flow capacity than same-diameter steel pipes
-Maintains consistent flow rate over time (unlike steel pipes)
6.Excellent Thermal Insulation:
-Triple-layer structure (working pipe + insulation + protective casing)
-No delamination issues like steel pipes
-Thermal conductivity <1% of steel pipes
